A Connoisseur’s Whiskey Experience takes place in the historic surroundings of Malahide Castle, combining a guided tasting of carefully selected Irish whiskeys with a selection of accompanying bites.

Throughout the experience, guests will discover the stories, origins and distinctive characteristics of each whiskey, with insights into Irish whiskey production and craftsmanship. The tasting is complemented by bites chosen to enhance the flavours of the whiskeys, creating a considered pairing throughout the evening.
